Building a fair playing field

How to make sure, everybody gets the same opportunity to enter the profession of game development. And, importantly, how to pursue a fulfilling career?

Together with the authors of the recently updated guide „Building a fair playing field“ published by Women in Games, we have a look at what it takes to achieve the goals of inclusion and equal opportunity in the world of game development.

However, the subject is not restricted to a single profession. On the contrary, the learnings from the research done are transferable to other industries too.

Following the talks by international experts, all participants are invited to share their thoughts in a Q&A and to exchanges best practices.

The session will finally close with a networking event during which newcomers in the profession of game development are especially encouraged to exchange with industry seniors and to benefit as much as possible of their experience.
